Invisalign® uses a series of removable and invisible aligners which are virtually unseen while wearing. These are a high tech alternative to conventional braces.

Leifert Orthoodontics use state of the art technologies such as Itero scanners, Digital Radiography and 3-D imaging which has proven effective with our thousands of happy smiling patients. By utilizing the most modern innovations Inviilign can fabricate a sequence of custom aligners.

In addition to Invisalign® retainers being unnoticible they are also removable. So you have no metal wires and braces such as traditional treatments. This also means there is less time spent at the orthodontist office getting adjustments and check ups.

Also this means less mouth abrasions during treatments. Also with Invisilign you can see your own virtual treatment plan when you start so you can see before and after photos to see what your straight teeth will look like once treatment is complete.

Invisilign are offered for teens and adults alike. Every case is a bit different however you’ll typically visit our office about once every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.

How Does It Work?

You wear each set of aligners for approximately 2 weeks with removing them ony for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series your teeth will start to move- little by little, week by week until they have straightened to the final positioning.

How Long Does It Take?

Total treatment time averages 9-15 months depending on your case, this may be longer or shorter duration. The average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 18 to 30, but this will vary on a case by case basis.
